Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or participating in the My First Property Challenge (the "Challenge") or any related free class, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.

2. What the Challenge Is

The Challenge is a live, online educational program delivered over Zoom by Charles Noonan and Landbank University Inc. It covers finding land at land banks and auctions, due diligence, and the basics of trusts. Ticket levels (General Admission, VIP, Platinum) include the items described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

3. Education Only, No Guarantees

All content is for educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Property availability, auction schedules and prices vary by county and are outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will purchase a property, or any financial result. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort and market. Consult a licensed attorney about trusts and estate planning in your state.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to participate.

5. Conduct

Treat other participants and the team with respect. Harassment, discrimination, spam or selling to other members in our groups can result in removal from the Challenge and its groups without a refund.

6. Access, Replays and Schedule

Live sessions run on the dates and times listed on the sales page (Eastern Time). Replays are included only with ticket levels that list them. We may adjust the schedule, format or content, or move a session, and will notify registered participants by email or text.

7. Payments and Upgrades

Tickets are one-time payments processed by Whop. Upgrades charge the difference between your current ticket and the higher ticket. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.

8. In-Person Auction (Platinum)

Platinum includes attending a live, in-person auction with Charles. Unless stated otherwise, travel, lodging and any property purchase costs are your responsibility. Attending does not guarantee that you will win or purchase a property.

9. Intellectual Property

All Challenge materials, including recordings, workbooks, lists and slides, belong to Landbank University Inc. You may use them for your own learning only. Do not copy, share or resell them.

10. Recording and Content

Live sessions may be recorded. If you speak or appear on camera during a session, you agree that the recording may be used for replays and program improvement.

11. Communications

By registering you agree to receive emails and, if you provide your mobile number and consent, text messages about the Challenge. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Landbank University Inc is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation, including decisions you make about buying property.

13. Disputes

Any dispute related to the Challenge will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the state in which Landbank University Inc is organized, unless the law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
